Everyone is so lovely and the venue and food is amazing. Most importantly the classes were fun and varied and the instructions were clear as well as a little challenging at times in some areas for me 🙂 Balance is my nemesis :). Like last year I just had to do all the classes but love the fact you can either do them all or pick and choose which ones and take some chill time in the lounge, games room or just go for a walk I also loved the crafty macrame keyring making after dinner that was really well thought out and presented.

The retreat is like nothing else I've experienced. The house and barn are well placed in a wonderful setting and beautiful, quiet surroundings, with comfortable rooms to promote relaxation and a great night's sleep. Every mealtime, we are treated to well-balanced, delicious fresh food cooked to perfection followed by a timetable of ballet, dance or tap sessions, and an enjoyable macrame session one evening. I loved our early morning walk and really felt part of nature; it set me up for the day of activity ahead, and spending time with like-minded friends was the icing on the cake for me. I will treasure the laughs we had, and I appreciate the down times where I could relax and read and just 'be'. Over the weekend, I gave myself some me time, and I didn't realise just how much I needed that. Thank you.

This is the 3rd retreat I have attended & it never disappoints! The classes were varied including Stretch & Mobility, Ballet Inspired Fitness, Ballet, Tap & an 80's themed dance inspired by Fame. We were all encouraged by the lovely Sarah to do as much or as little as we pleased...no pressure at all to join in if you just wanted to relax & read a book or catch up on sleep. Of course, as in previous years I joined all the classes & loved every one! The food was delicious & healthy, not to mention plentiful (!!) & everyone's taste was catered for. The house & barn that were our 'home' for the weekend are just beautiful & set in acres of the most stunning Suffolk countryside. A walk around the grounds is a must with the chance of seeing some of the local wildlife. In all it was great to spend time with a wonderful group of like-minded ladies enjoying fun-filled classes & long leisurely meal times. I will definitely be going again next year. Thank you Sarah for all the hard work you put into making the weekend such a huge success!

Thank you so much for organising the retreat weekend Sarah. I had an absolutely fantastic time. It was so good to recharge my batteries, meet up with other ladies in your network and experience the in-person aspect to your ballet, barre and dance classes. The venue and food were superb and made for the perfect weekend. I will definitely be returning next year!
