A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body
On several occasions in my life I have sat back and reflected on what is truly important to me and how I can go about achieving it. This prompted me to leave a successful legal career and follow a path to discovering the power of movement and mindset. Through my training as a fitness professional and mindset practitioner, I discovered just how powerful movement can be in helping us achieve our life goals.
Physical health and emotional health are intimately intertwined in the mind-body connection. Our chemistry and biology impact our mood and emotions, as well as our thoughts and beliefs.
Combined, they play a major role in influencing our stress and physical health.
In order to stay healthy and happy, it’s important to find an exercise regime that works for you and has longevity. Something that you enjoy, that can become part of your daily routine, that challenges you and uplifts you.
