This prompted me to leave a successful legal career and follow a path to discovering the power of movement and mindset.
Through my training as a fitness professional and mindset practitioner, I discovered just how powerful movement can be in helping us achieve our life goals.
Physical health and emotional health are intimately intertwined in the mind-body connection.

Combined, they play a major role in influencing our stress and physical health.
In order to stay healthy and happy, it’s important to find an exercise regime that works for you and has longevity. Something that you enjoy, that can become part of your daily routine, that challenges you and uplifts you.
For me this was ballet.

Movement is a fundamental aspect of life.
Movement is more than just ‘exercise’.
It doesn’t matter where you are right now. You have the power to make the necessary change and create a habit of exercise.
I truly believe that as we grow older our bodies should continue to improve, not stagnate, or deteriorate.
It is within your power to future-proof the wonderful body you have, in order to live a long, happy and healthy life.
