Ballet Fitness classes target and use muscles that are not used in other fitness programmes, or sports. The body shape, posture and movement that result from this workout are as unique as the workout itself.
As a form of bodyweight exercise, Animal Flow will improve cardiovascular endurance by frequently changing your body position, keeping the heart rate elevated, while body weight and gravity work together to strengthen and sculpt your muscles.
This class will teach you how to stretch correctly, how to maintain a daily stretching routine (one day of stretching isn’t magically going to give you the flexibility you desire) and keep you accountable
The Ballet HILIT (High Intensity, Low Impact training) workouts embrace the athleticism of ballet and will get your heart pumping & increase your stamina, without the usual impact on your joints from traditional cardio exercise.
The adult beginner tap class is open to all beginners (whether you have never tapped, or not done so since childhood). It’s a joyful way of moving and learning a new skill. All you need is a pair of tap shoes.
