Leg Press at the barre and Seated Fourth Position on the floor

Targeting: Glutes; hamstrings, abductors and obliques

Equipment: A surface to hold onto at waist height and a mat.

Fondu Workout with Ballet Body Arms

Targeting: Legs, arms and upper back

Equipment: Space to move

Preparation: Watch Ballet Bites – Plies/Turnout
