Grand Battement at the barre and Bridge on the floor

Targeting: Hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes and core

Equipment: A surface to hold onto at waist height and a mat.

Leg Workout and Ballet Body Arms (with optional leg workout)

Targeting: Quadriceps, adductors, abductors, arms and upper back

Equipment: Space to move
