Lower Abdominals and Coccyx Balance.

Targeting: Lower abdominals

Equipment: Mat

Preparation: Watch Ballet Bites – Core Control

 

Small Plié Pulse at the barre and Cycle & Circle on the floor

Targeting: Quadriceps and glutes

Equipment: A surface to hold onto at waist height and a mat.

Preparation: Watch Ballet Bites – Plies/Turnout

 

Plies Workout 1 and Ballet Body Arms

Targeting: Quadriceps, glutes, adductors (inner thigh), arms and upper back

Equipment: Space to move (make sure there are no low light fittings above you!)

Preparation: Watch Ballet Bites – Plies/Turnout and Positions of the Arms
