
THE WORKOUTS
The focus of the workouts is on low impact toning exercises and stretches through mat and resistance work.
Each weeks’ workout has been separated into 5 parts: (1) the warm up, (2) an abdominal workout on the mat, (3) a workout at the barre, immediately followed by a floor barre section on
the mat, (4) the centre workout; challenging the legs/arms/core
and (5) a cool down.
