Toned Arms Back and Waist Workout

This is a 7 minute arms, back and waist workout that you can complete at home without any equipment. This workout will help you shape your arms, back and waist and can be completed 3-4 times a week taking rest days in between.

Try to add in one or two of my other workouts as well for extra fast results. Have fun and most importantly be CONSISTENT!
