Join me for this live call on Zoom where I explain what you can expect during our week together and how to prepare to make the most out of your BBackstage Pass Experience.

Monday 23rd September, 7pm - 7:30pm BST
Day 1 - Live workout with Sarah

Join me live on Zoom for a 30 minute workout together. You will have access to 5 pre-recorded workouts during the Experience but the live session is an opportunity to experience a live class with me and your fellow students and ask me any questions you may have about these ballet-inspired workouts.

Tuesday 24th September, 7pm - 8pm BST
Day 2 - Guest Expert session with Dr Vidya Kanthi

Join our live Guest Expert session with Dr Vidya Kanthi who will talk about what you need to know about perimenopause and menopause from a GP’s perspective. This is an amazing opportunity to ask all the questions I’m sure you have to a women’s health specialist GP.

Day 3 - Training: Your Fitness Identity

Discover your fitness archetype and learn how having a strong fitness identity will make you exercise more frequently. Identify the type of person you want to be and how to achieve it through small, manageable wins. Understand the 3 forms of exercise for optimal health and fitness, and create your new mental map for consistent exercise and achievable goals

Thursday 26th September, 2pm - 2:30pm BST
Day 4 - Training: Your Fitness Mindset

In this live session we will look at the Mindset Cycle and discuss how to help you cultivate a fitness mindset for good, so you can finally ditch the excuses and start to get the results you deserve.

Friday 27th September, 7pm - 8pm BST
Day 5 - Training: The Four Pillars to a Healthy Perimenopause and menopause

During this session I will walk you through the four pillars to a healthy perimenopause and menopause and will provide you with simple, actionable and sustainable steps to regain your energy, reduce your perimenopause symptoms and future-proof your body. This is a must-watch and interactive session to wrap up our week together
